RAW Art Show

In January 2015, I was a featured artist at the Canberra RAW Visionary. I was one of forty artists to be selected to participate in the show. This was great in enabling me to showcase my artwork, which I am incredibly passionate about. About 300 people attended the event and it was great in gaining exposure
UC Press Club
In December 2014, I was elected to be the Vice-President of the UC Press Club for 2015. Thus far this has been a wonderful experience. The ultimate aim of our club is to connect students with journalists which I have helped in organising this year, with Michelle Grattan as one of the guests. I am currently organising an industry trip to Sydney where we will attend QandA and visit a number of Sydney newsrooms.
Year 11/12 Scholarship at Merici College
In 2010 I was awarded a scholarship from the board at Merici College. I earned this due to my community service whilst at the school. I served on the SRC for a number of years and was the environmental leader for my house. In this time I participated in a number of events including: the development of a partnership between Merici College and Black Mountain School, I helped at a women's refuge and organised an event for Earth Hour.
